First we visit the Quilotoa Lake, then we walk toward chugchilan going by the Canyon of the Toachi lowering to the river and ascending another time until the moor, then we go to Isinlivi and Sigchos.
Finally we go to Saquisili and we return us to Latacunga.

3. Ilinizas

For this place we have two options, the one is for people who they like the calm and not trek a lot and another for passionate of height mountain.

The first option include visit to a cascade and thermal waters with few physical effort in a full day at South Iliniza shirts.
The other option is for two days in the South Iliniza and requires little effort. However the rewards are good because their beautiful view.

1. Cotopaxi Adventure

The trip start at 8:30 in Latacunga, we travel to Cotopaxi National Park and we arrive the entrance in the Control Caspi, then we go to the parking, after that we will walk about 1 hour to refuge (4800 m.s.n.m) in this place you can drink hot coffee or té. Then we may visit the glaciers (4900 m.s.n.m) after that we will return us to the parking. Then we visit the Limpiopungo lake and we walk in the camping area, path of the dry cascade, the Mirador and the Rumiñahui path. Finally we return us to Latacunga.
